HIKE

Walking is a fantastic way to see natural places. This slow paced easy activity allows plenty of time and mind space to take in all your surroundings and enjoy them with all of you senses. Walking is also the cheapest most accessible way to enjoy outdoor spaces!

However, when we talk about 'hiking' we are talking about more than a day 'walk' with a drink bottle and lunch. The word hiking  for us means carrying slightly bigger back pack with our meals and sleeping gear for over night journeys.

There is something spectacular about journeying from one place to another through physical activities such as walking, being able to take your place from one place to another over a day or several days (...even weeks and months!) with nothing but your own body. It's also incredible knowing that you can carry everything you need to live in a bag you can carry on your own back! There is such a sense of freedom that come with this. There is also nothing like getting back to basics and living simply whilst seeing the beautiful place your travelling though. 

In this section of our page we will provide links to a page for each individual hiking trip. Each of these pages will have specific information on the respective trip in relation to route plan, gear list and meal plans and preparation.
